Winemaker’s Remarks: Hand-selected fruit was gently pressed as a whole cluster, slow fermentation in stainless steel well into the spring of the following year, until the wine found its natural balance point. The wine spent an extended time aging on the fine lees.
Tasting Notes: Kabinett style, nuanced and elegant, lively fruity flavors like white peach and mango are supported by bright acidity and balanced with a minimal amount of residual sugar that rounds the texture beautifully. Finish is clean with subtle minerality.

Tasting Notes: Alsacian style. Bright and focused, spice and floral aromatics, balanced and restrained. Citrus flavors mixed with hints of classic rose petals. Fresh acidity and minimal residual sugar allow the fine flavors to express themselves and make this wine a wonderful example of a cool climate Gewürz.
